The services is pay as you go after the End of Free Trial. If you choose to continue, you will be charged for the service using the payment method provided during the registration for a pay as you go plan.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that Primal eCommerce provide about goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, Primal eCommerce is not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images since the accuracy of all goods and service provided cannot be garanteed. You agree to purchase goods and services from this Site at your own risk.
Primal eCommerce reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If your order is cancelled and you have already processed your payment, a refund will be given equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

By written agreement or a pay as you go plan or subscription plan, this site will allow users to sell goods and services. Primal eCommerce does not assume any responsibility for the goods and services users sell on this Site. Primal eCommerce cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of any goods and services sold by users on this Site. However, if Primal eCommerce is made aware that a user is violating these Terms and Conditions, it reserves the right to suspend or prohibit the user from selling goods and services on this Site.
Subscriptions
Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until Primal eCommerce receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

Free Trial
Primal eCommerce offers the following free trial of goods and services: A 30 day free trial that begins when users register for a new account, Select a Free Trial Plan and submit payment information for use after the Free Trial is over. The free trial includes unlimited access to all documents available on this site for the plan selected.
At the end of your free trial, the following will occur: You will be billed automatically the monthly subscription rate for the plan selected. If you do not want to be billed, you will need to cancel your subscription before your free trial ends.
To cancel your free trial, please follow these steps: Log in to your account and select "Cancel Free Trial" under the "Account Management" tab.
Payments
Primal eCommerce accept the following payment methods on this Site:
- Credit Card;
- PayPal;
- Debit; and
- Paypal.
When you provide your payment information to Primal eCommerce, you authorize the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing your payment information, you authorize Primal eCommerce to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If Primal eCommerce believes your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, Primal eCommerce reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from this Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- Software will be implemented and delivered in the cloud. Login credentials will be sent by email or other secure process.
- eCommerce electronic equipment will be delivered by mail, courier or in person.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will not be charged for the delivery of the goods you purchase on this Site.
You are required to provide Primal eCommerce with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. Primal eCommerce is not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing inaccurate or incomplete information.
Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 15 days after receipt of your goods.
Refunds for Services
All services sold on this Site are non-refundable. Service is pay as you go.
Returns
Returns can be made by mail, courier or in person. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
a. Contact Primal eCommerce by email
b. Ship eCommerce equipment using RMA Label.
Software does not need to be shipped. It will be deleted from the cloud if service is cancelled.
Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
Primal eCommerce and Team Members will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of this Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Primal eCommerce, Team Members and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of this Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Primal eCommerce are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Primal eCommerce agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Primal eCommerce. The costs of any mediation or arbitration will be shared equally between you and Primal eCommerce.
Notwithstanding to any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Primal eCommerce agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief of intellectual property infringement.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way this Site is operated and the way users are expected to behave on this Site. Primal eCommerce or Team Members will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
